Last Thursday I held a live training on how to use ChatGPT to build "AI Employees" that…
…never show up late
…never ask for a raise, and
…always do exactly what you tell them to do.
Good news: People LOVED it!
Bad news: We went a full 2 hours, and we barely scratched the surface.
So here's what we're doing…
Starting next Thursday, I'm leading all my Scale & Exit Accelerator clients through a 4-week "build sprint" where we'll be "hiring" and training not just one or two AI Employees, but entire teams and departments of AI Employees.
Here's how it's gonna work…
- FIRST, we'll architect your ideal AI org. We'll identify the team members you want to "clone" and the missing roles you want to build so you grow your team's output (without growing your payroll).
- THEN, we'll build and train your AI team. We'll leverage our 16 (and counting) pre-written Job Descriptions, training guides, and asset templates to build "off-the-shelf" AI Employees, as well as our proprietary tools and GPTs to shortcut the creation of a custom AI team member. By the end of this sprint, you'll have at least six (6) AI Employees "trained," "onboarded," and executing projects alongside your human team members.
- FINALLY, we'll optimize and scale with company-specific assets. We'll work 1-on-1 with you and your leadership team to build out the Scalable Operating System™ assets your AI employees (and actual employees) need to run and scale your business without you staying stuck in the "day-to-day."
The catch?
This is for clients only. It's not "course" and it can't be purchased separately.

(For what it's worth, that 1-on-1 OS buildout is the actual "meat and potatoes" of this program…the AI Employee stuff is more like "dessert.")
