I would swear, "This is it. I'm really going to stick to it this time." And then a week or two later, I started dreading the thought of getting on my elliptical because I'd get SO. BORED. It wasn't fun. There was no instant reward. And there were a million other tasks I'd rather do instead. So I simply stopped doing it. (This happened more times than I can count.) But now I work out every. single. day. How? Because I put my iPad on my elliptical and started playing Settlers of Catan.
