After 60, Knee Health Comes Down to 1 Nutrient Most Doctors Miss

After 60, standing up can mean gripping the armrest, rocking forward, and bracing for that first stiff step. Most people blame age or wear and tear. But nearly 40 years of research out of Spain found the real culprit — and it isn't just cartilage loss or inflammation.

Your joints are slowly drying out from the inside, losing the fluid they need to move freely. The answer came down to one overlooked nutrient that triggers your body to produce fresh joint fluid again.

Over 300,000 Americans have already used it to walk farther, climb stairs, and rise out of a chair without thinking twice (no surgery or injections).
