Google AI Overviews Study Finds Lost Clicks Weren’t Lower Quality The extra outbound clicks that websites get when Google’s AI Overviews are removed seem to be of similar quality to the clicks with the AIOs still included. This finding comes from an updated, randomized field experiment, which showed a 39.8% decrease in organic clicks when the summaries are shown.
Marketing Hiring Down 36% At Big Tech, Data Shows Recent data shows that marketing hiring at 12 major tech companies has dropped more than engineering hiring. Marketing roles have decreased by 36%, while engineering roles have only declined by 11% in the same timeframe.

The company is currently working on four models of the new tablet with faster chips, Bloomberg reported. It is also developing a new “entry-level” MacBook Pro, which is internally referred to as K104, the outlet writes. The company is also targeting that same period for the release of its first M7 processor.
