Trigger an email to users with no/low activity to remind them to use your product.
SaaS products will have wildly different amounts of daily usage. Some are core to daily workflows. Some are more "as needed." Some have weekly or monthly normal usage. Others may only be used once a year, like tax or compliance tools.
For products that should have regular usage, if users aren't exhibiting that daily usage, an email reminder is a great way to make sure they don't slip out of the habit.
For products that have more irregular usage, an email reminder can act as a regular trigger to get them back into the product.
