People crave personality. Especially in a B2B setting, companies have defaulted to boring, stale, utilitarian content.

Authenticity, transparency, and behind-the-scenes content creates an emotional bond with your audience that makes people feel like they know you (without technically knowing you).

This emotional bond creates an irrational attachment through entertainment that parlays into other parts of your marketing.

Use multimedia (video/audio) to build a relationship with your audience.
