Own The Flyover

Only Days Left—Before This Round Closes

Yesterday, we made an important announcement.

This investment round is ending this month—and only a few days remain for readers to become owners of The Flyover. When it closes, it's over. No extensions. No reopening.

Why This Moment Matters

Legacy media didn't lose trust by accident.

They chose:

  • Clicks over facts
  • Outrage over reporting
  • Celebrity journalists over accountability
  • Political agendas over common sense

Americans noticed.

That's why The Flyover is growing while legacy media continues to shrink.

In just over two years, The Flyover has become one of the fastest-growing, profitable new media companies in the country:

  • Millions of readers rely on The Flyover every day
  • Revenue and gross profit are at all-time highs
  • The podcast reaches hundreds of thousands each month
  • We're expanding state by state and platform by platform

This didn't happen because of venture capital, corporate take-overs or political backing. It happened because readers stepped forward.

What Comes Next

We're building for the future:

  • Texting and mobile-first delivery
  • The Flyover app
  • A larger national podcast platform
  • More state editions serving readers honestly and locally

This is how real change happens—not by being louder, but by being better.

A Personal Ask

If you're a Flyover reader, you already understand what makes this different.

If you believe facts still matter…
If you believe Americans deserve news without political agendas…
If you believe doing nothing is no longer an option…

Then this is your moment to act.

There are only days left.
This round ends this month.

When this round closes, it closes for good.

Hillsborough County commissioners unanimously approved a $250 million commitment to long-term renovations at the Benchmark International Arena and extended the Tampa Bay Lightning's lease, keeping the hockey team in Tampa through 2043.

The county's investment could increase to as much as $358.5 million at the venue formerly known as Amalie Arena. The team is required to spend $75 million on arena renovations before the county's portion of the split is required.

The agreement protects the county by requiring millions in repayment penalties should the team breach its contract by leaving early.

The Tampa Sports Authority, the arena's landlord, approved the deal earlier this month. The commission explicitly stated the agreement does not create a precedent for future negotiations regarding a Tampa Bay Rays stadium.

Article Icon 1Deerfield Beach Cuts Ties with BSO

Deerfield Beach is cutting ties with the Broward Sheriff's Office (BSO) after a 35-year relationship that deteriorated over the past year. Each side accused the other of disrespect and putting politics and personalities ahead of policing needs.

The city commission voted 4-1 to create its own police and fire services for the first time since 1990. There will be a two-year transition period in which BSO will continue to provide law enforcement services to the city.

The Broward Sheriff offered Deerfield Beach a two-year contract extension that would maintain the status quo while a consultant conducted a comprehensive study of the cost to the city of going it alone. Commissioners refused the offer.

"Under BSO, we don't have control over staffing, we don't have control over recruitment, we don't have control over hiring," Deerfield Beach Mayor Todd Drosky said. "We've just outgrown the BSO model."

Ten Florida restaurants and chefs have been named 2026 James Beard semifinalists across 14 categories. Known as the "Oscars of food," the James Beard Awards have recognized eateries and chefs who create exceptional meals since 1990.

Miami claimed the most nominations with four: Amara at Paraiso, Bar Bucce, Michael Beltran of Ariete, and Maria Teresa Gallina and Nicolas Martinez of Recoveco.

In North Florida, Barry Honan of the Lotus Noodle Bar in St. Augustine and Maria La Mota and Chason Spencer of Chancho King in Jacksonville were recognized.

In Central Florida, Born and Bread Bakehouse in Lakeland, Bryce Bonsack of Rocca in Tampa, Toni Elkhouri of Cedar's Cafe in Melbourne, and Wendy Lopez of Reyes Mezcaleria in Orlando were named.

Final nominees will be announced on March 31, and winners will be celebrated at an awards ceremony on June 15 at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.

American Energy Is Making a Trillion-Dollar Comeback

In the 1800s, John D. Rockefeller started refining oil into the world's most valuable fuel. Now, another innovator is creating its own "Rockefeller Moment" with one of the world's most abundant energy resources: coal.

This is more important than ever right now, because a perfect storm of operational breakthroughs and policy shifts has the potential to directly impact this company's valuation.

That means investors don't have much longer to lock in the current $7.38 share price.

What's creating this "Rockefeller Moment" for coal?

Using their patented FASForm technology, Frontieras can transform coal into high-value commodities like hydrogen, diesel, jet fuel, and fertilizer, without burning it.

They're targeting a combined $2.1 trillion in markets where demand for these commodities is virtually unlimited.

Reaching just 2% of the global coal market could mean a trillion-dollar valuation for Frontieras.

That's why the "smart money" is already moving. Frontieras has secured a $150M investment commitment from GEM and raised over $10 million from private investors.

But here's why 2026 is shaping up to be such a historic year for this company:

  • Nasdaq ticker reserved: Frontieras has officially reserved the "FASF" ticker on the NASDAQ, a major step toward a public listing.

  • The "Big Beautiful Bill": Under a White House that favors domestic energy, Frontieras is positioned for rapid scale.

  • Real-World Infrastructure: Frontieras just completed the land purchase for their $850M flagship facility in Mason County, West Virginia.

Invest at $7.38/share before the window closes on Feb. 12, 2026.

Unlocking $2.1T in Energy Potential

Reaching just 2% of the global coal market could mean a trillion-dollar valuation for Frontieras. Just like John D. Rockefeller did with oil, Frontieras is creating its own "Rockefeller" moment by transforming coal into potentially $2.1T worth of high-value commodities using patented technology.

Under a White House that favors domestic energy, with a Nasdaq ticker reserved (FASF), Frontieras' momentum positions the company for potential valuation impact.

You have until Feb. 12 to invest at the current $7.38/share.*

Please read the offering circular at https://invest.frontieras.com/ Reservation of the ticker symbol is not a guarantee that we will be listed on the NASDAQ. Listing on the NASDAQ is subject to approvals. Under Regulation A+, a company has the ability to change its share price by up to 20%, without requalifying the offering with the SEC.
