I want to share something we don't talk about very often, but it matters if results are important to you.
We don't cap the Scale & Exit Accelerator to create hype.
We cap it because this work only works when advisors have the bandwidth to actually show up.
Every founder in the program works directly with real, experienced advisors.
Not junior coaches.
Not contractors who just finished a one-week onboarding.
Not someone reading from a playbook.
That's intentional.
Training a Scalable advisor takes months, not weeks…
…usually 3–6 months before we trust someone to work 1-on-1 with founders at this level.
Why?
Because most companies get fulfillment wrong.
They grow demand…
panic about capacity…
and then hire fast, train light, and hope for the best.
You already know how that story ends.
Good people. Bad systems. Diluted outcomes.
We're not willing to do that.
We're actively working on adding another advisor, but we won't rush it. Until then, capacity is capacity.
January is already filling, and once it's full, February is the next intake.
That's not a marketing deadline.
That's an operational reality.
We'd rather say no than dilute outcomes.
And we'd rather go deep with a few founders than shallow with many.
