Swalwell reflects on our strong first week in the fight over the budget; their extraordinary cowardice in sending everyone home (again); the clear threat that the release of the Epstein Files is to Trump; and the need for Dems to fight more aggressively against his escalating authoritarianism. He ends our talk by making a big pitch for everyone to stay focused on winning the fall elections - especially Prop 50 - and delivering a clear message of repudiation to Trump and the Republicans right in the middle of the end of year budget negotiations.
