This afternoon, we discussed what’s happening in the Eastern District of Virginia, where Donald Trump replaced his own nominee to be U.S. Attorney, after he declined to indict New York Attorney General Letitia James. But just moments ago (It’s 7pm ET), we learned that the office has indicted former FBI Director Jim Comey. The indictment is not yet public, but we’ll be discussing the charges and how strong they are once we can read it.

It’s a dark time in our country where the president can insist on charging his enemies and get his way.
