What the eMyth got wrong

Hi entrepreneur,   I shut down my entire company for a month to create SOPs, and it was one of the stupidest things I've ever done.   True story.   I had just read The E-Myth while on vacation, and I was INSPIRED… (A little too inspired.)   I walked into the Monday all-hands meeting like Moses coming down from the mountain and declared: "From this day forward, everything shall be SOP'd!"   I shut down the entire company for a month… No new projects. No new hires. No new anything until everything was documented.
