Our daughter is a really amazing cook. In addition to her career as a climate scientist, she works as a baker one day a week—her energy never ceases to amaze me. Whenever she has time in her schedule to make dinner for us, we drop our plans and take advantage of the time with her. That means no newsletter tonight.
But dinner was excellent! That’s duck breast, fabulous little roasted potatoes, and bok choy.
