A Washington, D.C., grand jury declined to indict Arizona U.S. Sen. Mark Kelly and five other Democrats on criminal charges over their video urging U.S. service members to refuse orders they deem unlawful.

Few details about the grand jury decision were released officially. No immediate responses were issued by officials of the U.S. Department of Justice or the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia.

The video was released in November.

Kelly, a retired U.S. Navy captain, later received a letter of censure from Secretary of War Pete Hegseth. He also faces a possible cut in rank and pension, which was the focus of a court hearing last week.

Authorities continued the search for Nancy Guthrie, a day after releasing video of a potential suspect and clearing one man of suspicion.

Elsewhere, KGUN 9 confirmed new activity in the Bitcoin account cited in an alleged ransom note in the case, though total transactions were under $300.

Guthrie, 84, was last seen the night of Jan. 31 at her Catalina Foothills home.

The man detained and questioned by police, a delivery driver who identified himself as Carlos, was released after investigators questioned him and searched his home in Rio Rico. "I hope they get the suspect," he said.

Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport launched its Early Bag Check service to reduce wait times at ticket counters.

Under the service, travelers on domestic flights can check luggage and print boarding passes at the Rental Car Center or East Economy Parking Lot before taking the Sky Train to their terminal.

Early Bag Check does not extend the standard airline check-in window, but helps passengers skip ticket counter lines and move through the airport more easily.

The free service is available for Alaska, American, Delta, Frontier, Southwest, and United flights.
