American bobsledders Elana Meyers Taylor, 41, and Kaillie Armbruster Humphries, 40, won gold and bronze in women's monobob at the Milan Cortina Games last week, with their young kids watching from the finish line.

Elana, a mother of two special-needs children, rallied in the final heat to capture her first-ever Olympic gold and tie Bonnie Blair for the most Winter Olympic medals by an American woman with six.

Kaillie, just 20 months removed from giving birth, became the first woman 40 or older to medal in Olympic bobsled. Together, the two Americans now own four of the six monobob medals ever awarded at the Olympics.

A 6-year-old Pittsburgh Girl Scout named Pim Neill has sold over 100,000 boxes of cookies this season, shattering every known record.

Pim, who is medically complex and has multiple disabilities, was initially turned away from her first troop because a leader said her disabilities would hold the group back.

Her family took to TikTok, and supporters across the country rallied behind her. Pim's original goal? Selling enough boxes to earn a trip to Niagara Falls with her parents. She blew past that mark weeks ago and hasn't slowed down.

Britain's most powerful resident isn't a prime minister. Larry the cat celebrated 15 years as Chief Mouser at 10 Downing Street last Sunday, having now served under six prime ministers.

The 19-year-old tabby was adopted from a London shelter in 2011 and has become famous for photo-bombing world leaders at Britain's most famous front door.

His rodent-catching skills remain up for debate, but his approval ratings aren't.

A Cambridge professor noted that Larry's popularity easily outpaces any prime minister. As one photographer put it, Larry is very good at what he does best: lounging around.

High-interest credit cards can make it ridiculously hard to get ahead.

But there's a solution: transfer your balance to a credit card that offers a 0% intro APR on balance transfers until 2027 and no annual fee, so more of your money actually goes toward paying down your balance.

It could be worth considering if you want to break that high-interest cycle.

"Despite being a 41-year-old mother of two and people telling you that it's over and you're done, [my sons have] been told 'no' since the day they were born. And I want to show them that, despite what the world tells you, despite what other people tell you, you can still go after your dreams."
