The Flyover Investment Round Is Closing

And the final date will be announced shortly

We want The Flyover readers to hear this directly from us.

Our current investment round is closing this month. The final closing date will be announced in the next few days—and once it's closed, this opportunity will be gone.

If you've ever considered becoming an owner of The Flyover, this is an important moment:

You no longer have months to decide. You have days.

If You're on the Fence, Consider the Facts

This isn't an idea-stage media startup. It's a growing, profitable newsroom—built differently.

Over the past year:

  • Reader growth more than doubled

  • Revenue grew 73% year over year

  • Gross profit grew 88% year over year

  • The Flyover Podcast launched and scaled to nearly 1,000,000 monthly views/listens

  • More than 2,500 investors have already joined as owners

That growth didn't come from clickbait, outrage, or celebrity journalists. It came from something rare in modern media: facts, restraint, and respect for readers.

This Is the Final Push

Before this round closes, we're making one last invitation to The Flyover readers. Join a movement that is:

  • Rejecting clickbait sensationalism

  • Walking away from doom-scrolling and outrage cycles

  • Saying no to political agendas disguised as news

  • Refusing celebrity journalism that puts ego and agendas over truth

The Flyover is proving that a different model works—and that readers, not corporations, can own the newsroom.

A Personal Ask

If you believe America deserves a better way to consume the news…
If you value facts over spin and reporting over opinion…
If you're ready to support a media company doing it the right way…

This is your opportunity to step forward. Only days remain.

Nashville's Vanderbilt University will open a full-time campus in San Francisco in the 2027–2028 academic year, taking over the California College of the Arts (CCA) campus in Showplace Square.

The move comes as CCA winds down due to financial issues, with Vanderbilt honoring its legacy by launching the California College of the Arts Institute at Vanderbilt.

The new campus will host around 1,000 undergraduate and graduate students, offering housing and a focus on experiential learning, research, and innovation.

Mayor Daniel Lurie and Chancellor Daniel Diermeier say the expansion will strengthen San Francisco's role as a global education hub.

His remains, initially classified as "unknown," were exhumed in 2019 and identified through DNA and forensic analysis.

A rosette will now be placed next to his name at the Manila American Cemetery, and he will be buried at a later date.

Chris Stapleton's hit Tennessee Whiskey has become the first country song to achieve double diamond certification, surpassing 20 million units sold.

Despite peaking at only No. 57 on country radio, the song's breakout moment came in 2015 during a CMA Awards performance with Justin Timberlake, which drew 13.6 million viewers.

The soulful rendition has logged nearly 1.4 billion Spotify streams, topped jukebox charts for multiple years, and has been performed live over 400 times.

Originally a spontaneous studio recording, the track is now considered one of the most successful country singles of the 21st century.

A "Roaring 20's" Crash Signal is Back, But Much Worse

The Roaring 1920s defined an era of excess that led directly to the Great Depression. Halfway through the 2020s, the warning signs from 100 years ago are frighteningly similar to today.

Look at the parallels:

  • Valuations: In 1929, the Shiller P/E ratio (a key measure of stock valuation) peaked near 30. Today, it hovers close to 40—creating phantom wealth that exists only on paper.
  • Margin Debt: Money borrowed to risk on speculation in the markets has surged to a record $1.18 trillion. When markets dip, decades of contributions to a 401(k), IRA, or pension can be wiped out in minutes.
  • The Wealth Gap: In 1929, the top 0.1% controlled 25% of the nation's wealth. Today, economists at Saez & Zucman confirm inequality has returned to similar extremes. Extreme inequality breaks an economy dependent on consumer spending.

AI trading algorithms at the major institutions analyze danger and can sell off at any moment of weakness, which could send us straight into 'The Greater Depression'.

Wise investors know this and are diversifying into hard assets to prepare for history repeating itself.
