Hey entrepreneur,
I knew things were bad, but I didn't know they were that bad…
It was mid-August of 2016 (I remember, because I had just dropped my kids off for the first day of school)…
…and my business was on life support.
What started as a glorious growth machine just a year before had turned into a margin-sucking, cash-consuming beast.
We were still growing, there just wasn't any "bottom line" being created by all those sales on the top line. (Maybe you can relate.)
But I didn't realize how bad it was until my Head of Finance came to me and said those dreaded words…
"We aren't going to be able to make payroll this month."
I had a decision to make.
Either I got paid or they got paid.
If you've been in the position, I don't have to tell you what I did, but that day I vowed to never let it happen again.
Fortunately, the lessons I learned from that experience earned me far more in the last decade than I lost in that one pay period.
And fortunately for you, I wrote all those lessons down in a book that you can have for free.
Yes, free.
Just help cover my cost to ship it to you, plus what I have to pay my warehouse people to take the book out of the big box the printers send them in, put it in a little box, tape it up, and slap a shipping label on it.
(The UPS and Postal service people are kind enough to pick it up from the warehouse, so we don't have to mess with that part, at least.)
Look, I don't know if you've ever suffered the indignity of paying your team without paying yourself, but if you have, you know how much it sucks.
If it's happened, let's make sure it doesn't happen again.
If it hasn't happened, let's make sure it NEVER happens.
This book and the tools that come included will help:

To paying yourself first (because you have the cash…not because you're greedy),
