What I am referencing in the 2nd post is that the Supreme Court did not detail whether the tariffs will need to be paid back, throwing the regime into even greater chaos. Remarkably it appears the regime has declared in court that paying back the tariffs would be a legitimate remedy to the harm they have caused. Holy deep shit Batman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
